Please take the short questionnaire to find out if you, or a loved one, may be eligible for FREEDOM-1.
By answering these questions, you are not committed to participate in the study, nor are you guaranteed to be enrolled. Your answers to these questions about your health will not be saved or shared with anyone.
You may qualify for the FREEDOM-1 Study if…
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your doctor has recommended that you should have a kidney transplant
- This would be your first kidney transplant
- A suitable living kidney donor between ages 18-60 has been identified
- You have not been diagnosed with or treated for any type of cancer
